Its key malls are Clarke Quay Central along the historic Singapore River, Square 2 in Novena and Orchard Central in the heart of Orchard Road.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of a portfolio of retail malls, including building maintenance and tenant support
• Establish, build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants
• Partner cross-functional teams to formulate and develop group-wide initiatives to optimise operational efficiency
• Establish effective and strategic policies, procedures, and systems to support mall operations
• Involve in asset enhancement initiatives for existing malls and new projects under development
• Manage the manpower resources effectively to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
• Work with relevant external Government agencies, service providers, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate or Property Management
• At least 15 years of experience in property, retail and/or tenant management
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful, strategic, energetic and passionate to drive initiative
