The incumbent should have an existing experience in managing Franchisees with hands-on franchise management in a F&B concept. He or she should have successful track record in managing franchisee regionally.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Market Research:
- Scout and conduct market research to identify potential markets and locations for franchise expansion.
- Analyze competitive and industry trends in the countries to optimize franchise development strategies.
Franchise Partnering:
- Act as the key responsible contact for Franchise business
- Track, Identify and target potential franchisees on regular basis
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and recruit qualified franchise partners.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of prospective franchisees, assessing their financial capacity, operational experience, and commitment to the brand.
Franchise Sales Procedure:
- Guide potential franchisees through the entire sales process, providing information, addressing inquiries, and facilitating due diligence.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements while ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with legal team to finalize and execute franchise agreements.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees, providing ongoing support, fostering a good relationship and facilitate smooth communication within the franchise network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that franchisees receive the necessary training, resources, and support for successful operations.
- Managing and monitoring the Franchise business on their performance and aiming at continuously business collaboration with the partners.
Financial Analysis:
- Evaluate financial performance and feasibility of potential franchise locations.
- Work with financial analysts to develop financial models and projections to support decision-making.
- Work within the budget allocation.
Marketing/ Branding:
- Work and collaborate with our internal customers to ensure that franchisees uphold the company's standards and guideline.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to attract potential franchisees.
- Contribute idea and assist in the events and projects that are related to the Franchising business
- Collaborate with marketing teams on all marketing issues and materials
Documentation Procedure:
- Maintain accurate records of all franchise development activities, including partners’ correspondence, negotiations, and legal agreements.
- Prepare and present weekly regular reports on franchise development progress and key performance indicators to the management.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist in other Sales or Marketing projects and ad-hoc assignments.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the CEO or COO.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years
- sales or marketing experience in related to F&B industrial
- Proven experience in franchising sales.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and hands-on experience.
- A good team player
- Travelling is required
