Responsibilities
- Lead a team in the execution of the leasing strategies
- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants
- Responsible for negotiating lease renewals
- Finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation
- Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new existing property
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
- Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate of Business, or any other relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in retail leasing
- Bilingual
- Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail and commercial properties
- Dynamic personality with strong leadership traits
