My client is a MNC in construction industry is hiring a Lead Process Engineer to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Review and endorse deliverables before their deployment for use by system engineers.
- Monitor work progress and assess the completeness of deliverables using the Engineering Checklist.
- Review and approve design documentation/reports before client release.
- Approve internal design documentation according to the Deliverable List, such as Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, System Layouts, and Equipment and Instrumentation data sheets.
- Give the green light for Test Readiness Reviews.
- Organize design review meetings for each design phase.
- Participate in both client and project team meetings.
- Take the lead or chair Process Hazard Analysis sessions.
- Scrutinize budget and cost estimations.
- Design Phase Involvement: Collaborate with the Client, Design Manager, Lead Process Engineer, and other Discipline Package Owners.
- Project Execution Phase Involvement: Work closely with the Client, Project Manager, Safety, Quality Assurance/Quality Compliance, Commissioning Manager, Process Engineer/Supervisor, and other Discipline Package Owners.
- Provide weekly progress reports and updates to the Head of Discipline.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Have experience in the design and/or construction of Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, Chemical, or Gas Systems.
- Familiarity with fast-track project methodologies.
- Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards prevalent among International Clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing design software.
