Responsibilities:
- To handle full set of import and export documents such as BL, Invoice & Packing List, etc.
- To execute Bill of Lading and shipping documents proficiently and competent in customs declaration.
- To manage day-to-day operation and transaction.
- To liaise with customers as and when necessary.
- To build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements.
- To work closely with internal departments and customer CS-team to coordinate customers shipments.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel applications.
- Must have initiative, positive attitude and able to work independently.
- 5.5 working days
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
