Prerequisite:
- Mature working experience of at least 15 years in operations, project management, logistics.

Scope:
- Project management produces engineering solutions for efficient and effective project delivery.
- Support daily operations and administration for the smooth operation of the firm
- Undertake support functions or initiatives for business development
- The individual will be exposed to a multidisciplinary approach; (Engineering, Marketing, Business, Site work, Project management, making decisions)
- Training and provide guidance to juniors

- Knowledge in lighting hard-wares and relevant technologies that complements lighting and visual displays
- Sales skills, research, and presentation on possible solutions for MNC and SME entities.

- A fast-paced, high adrenaline environment, challenging timelines, and deliverables are to be expected.
- External: Sourcing, purchasing, conduct due diligence on product, suppliers, and their processes
- Enhance operational capability, improve internal processes, and getting relevant productivity and quality control certificates
- To consolidate/document down the knowledge in lighting hard-wares and relevant technologies that complements lighting and visual displays.
- Being with a consultancy firm, you will gain knowledge of how consultancy works are strategized, developed, and executed

- Ability to independently research and present findings in a report format within deadlines
- Resourceful and driven to achieve sales results and establish relationships with people

- A basic understanding of electrical, electronic, business marketing, and advertising is a bonus but not an absolute
- Able to work with tight timelines and loves challenges

Salary and remuneration:
- Basic SGD3,500 to SGD 5,000 (open for negotiation for experience individual)
- Basic medical and insurance coverage
- 14 days annual leave
- Possible annual bonus and after per assignment/project bonus subject to overall team and individual performance
