Roles and responsibilities
o Adherence to Planning milestones
o Liaise with relevant stakeholders and airlines on queries relating to the aircraft maintenance work package.
o Creation of aircraft maintenance check package revision through SAP
o Preparation and distribution of Works Program for the aircraft maintenance check.
o Preparation and distribution of Daily Shortage Sheet (DSS).
o Raising of Purchase Request (PR) for Purchase On Behalf (POB).
o Preparation and distribution of Planned Transit Listing for In-house and Out-house repair / exchange / overhaul.
o Managing and keeping track of KPIs related to aircraft check preparations
o Set up Input Meeting [virtual or physical meeting] including invitation of customer reps.
Requirements:
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
o Team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, having some experience working with Microsoft Excel and using simple formulas, filtering, sorting would be advantageous)
o Some SAP knowledge will be advantageous
o No relevant experience required. Related working experience in Base Maintenance / aircraft hangar work environment would be advantageous.
o Ability to appropriately engage with customer (primarily via emails and phone calls)
o Ability to adhere to timelines and milestones
