JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide effective management of food supply at the centre and maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, according to the quality standards.
- Cooking & prepare snacks for children aged 1.5 to 6 years’ old (Preschool setting)
- Perform general housekeeping at child care centre and cleaning duties in kitchen area including washing of dishes when required
- Maintain good hygiene & cooking practices and observe workplace safety environment.
- To suggest and initiates new recipes
- Distribute the food to the classroom
- Any other duties as assisgned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Cook in school canteens, hawker centres and childcare centres preferred
- Able to plan and cook with good standards in hygiene and good nutrition for a large number of children & teachers
- Singaporeans Only
