Responsibilities
- Supervise production and personnel
- Prepare effective production schedule
- Troubleshooting and improvement process of the plant
- Day to Day managament (handover and takeover)
- Lead on deviation and root cause investigations
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the proces
- Participate in QMS, GMO and other quality standards
- Creation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Implement cost reductions
- Develop or Amend reporting proceudres and systems (SOP/WI)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
- At least 5 years of Supervisory experience in a Process Pant
- WIlling to work in Jurong Island
