ADMIN ASSISSTANT (FULL TIME)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office hours)
· Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
· Benefits: Medical and Dental
· Location: Near to Aljunied MRT
Job Scope
· Carries out administrative duties such as managing incoming mail, filing, typing etc
· Retrieve stock and issue Delivery order
· Invoicing and Billings
· Other Ad-hoc clerical tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
· Only Singaporean and PR may apply.
· Minimum GCE ‘O’/ 'N' Levels
· Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words
· Good communication skills
