Work Week - 5 Days - 9.30am - 6.30pm
Responsibility:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Manage and order office supplies
- Take minutes of meeting
- Check claims
- Assist and prepare of regular reports
- Open letter box
- Performing research and resources
- Enter information into data base
- Basic office maintenance and management
- Adhoc duties
Requirements
NITEC/Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant work experience in administrative
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Proficient in MS Office
