Job Descriptions:
- Provide assistance to the WSHC, WSHO, ECO & Project Manager;
- Conduct EHS induction course for new employees and contractors;
- Assist site management on safety and health related matters
- Implement and maintain company’s site safety management
- Manage and oversee overall daily safety activities on site
- Conduct site safety inspection to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and health Act and regulations and in-house safety procedures and requirements
- Conduct safety and health trainings and daily toolbox briefing
- Ensure overall compliance of good practice in workplace
- Review and revise of method statement and risk assessment as and when required
- Ensure risk assessment are carried out and controls are implemented for all site activities
- Ensure that all safety and health documentations are maintained and readily available upon request
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a safety supervisor;
- Relevant Safety & Health Certificates, including Certificate in WSH (Level A) Advance Certificate in WSH or Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Working knowledge of safety management information system;
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills;
- Team player;
- Good time-management skills;
- Great communication skills;
- Certification in occupational health and safety
