Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Sous-Chef work in daily kitchen operation
- Cook meals according to recipe
- Ensure quality and safety of cooked meals
- Supervise team of Catering Assistants
- Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Others duties assigned by Sous-Chef
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 year chef experience
- Hands-on experience cooking South Asian, Western and Local cuisines
- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1
