Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our key account executives, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
· Salary Ranges: Up to $2.7K
· Working Days : 5 days
· Working Hours : 930am - 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the backup point of contact between key account executives and clients, stepping in to assist clients when the primary contact is unavailable.
- Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate meetings, submission , and site setup arrangements for key account executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
- Conduct research and gather data to support key account management initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
