With a team of more than 200 highly experienced professionals, the company is looking for individuals who are passionate about the IT security industry to join their rapidly expanding team.
Location: Tampines (Shuttle bus provided to and from Tampines MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in sustaining enterprise systems with a specialized emphasis on cybersecurity.
- Diagnose and resolve reported issues promptly.
- Collaborate with technology vendors when necessary for issue escalation.
- Execute patching and updates for various tools and systems to enhance security measures.
- Compile incident reports and uphold meticulous records of service level agreements for customers.
- Generate incident reports and meticulously manage records of service level agreements for customers.
- Uphold comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Extensive background in Operations Support
- Proficient in utilizing technologies like McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, and Thales
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and executing projects within the domains of endpoint security, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management.
