Service Desk Engineer
ITCS Group, a Smart IMS Company, is an IT Managed Services, Outsourcing and Talent-Sourcing company. We provide customised IT Consulting Solutions, Project Management, IT resourcing and on/off-shore Application Development Services across the Asia Pacific region.
We are currently looking for a Service Desk Engineer to support the daily operation of the IT system for end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Perform IT support for end users.
- Coordinate with users on project tasks.
- Regularly report the metrics on migration status.
- Perform imaging of notebooks through SCCM.
- Assist in Knowledge Base, Assets Management for ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- IT Discipline Diploma or Degree, Professional Certification, or any relevant experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows Application.
Additional Information:
- Location: Ubi Avenue 1
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
- Salary will commensurate with experience
