JOB SUMMARY : Plan and organize the maintenance of plant equipment, systems, building facilities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan, schedule and ensure all maintenance work orders are carried out in a safe and timely manner.
· Undertake periodic job rotation assignments within Maintenance Department. Perform duties as defined in Leader Standard Work.
· Ensure that technicians and contractors comply with all EHS protocol, statutory regulations, and standard work/operating procedures.
· Ensure all critical and statutory equipment are maintained according to regulations.
· Ensure quality of maintenance work conform to specifications.
· Ensure maintenance records are properly archived in computerized maintenance management system.
· Report any deviations to EHS protocol, statutory regulations, and standard work/operating procedures.
· Periodically review and update maintenance tasks, spare parts inventory level, operating procedures, risk assessments.
SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Effective interpersonal skills and managing conflicts at workplace.
- Demonstrate detail report writing skill, presentation, and public speaking skill.
- Able to interpret statistical, process, equipment performance data and apply it to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Knowledge on type of spare parts (material, dimension, etc) and its application.
- Knowledge of the fabrication methods of equipment components and able to provide recommendation for major repair or restoration works.
- Able to operate the Computerized Maintenance Management System application for job planning, scheduling, and purchases.
