Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all facets of food quality and safety across Central Kitchen and all outlets (domestic and international).
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations pertaining to food safety and quality.
- Enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently.
- Ensure that food products meet company-established standards.
- Develop, implement, review, and monitor quality and safety policies and procedures.
- Manage and conduct regular inspections and audits of Central Kitchen and all outlets (domestic and international).
- Provide training and support to staff across Central Kitchen and all outlets (domestic and international) on food safety and quality.
- Investigate customer and outlet feedback thoroughly.
- Validate adherence to established QA protocols for all products.
- Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System (HACCP/ISO) and AVA/NEA guidelines.
- Lead and manage the QA team, offering guidance and support to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer.
Job Specifications: Education, Experience, Training, and Technical Skills
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance, quality control, and food safety within the F&B and Central Kitchen sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in technical and computer skills.
- Demonstrates excellent data review and analysis capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities.
- Willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
