Job Duties:
- Collaborate with Facilities teams for supporting.
- Support the regional leadership team during important conferences.
- Perform 2nd level support for Meeting Room solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Digital Signage, Cisco VCS Systems) including, but not limited to, supporting solutions involving other technologies.
- Provide technical consultancy to end users to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible timeframe.
- Communicate and liaise with departments;
- Notify appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations (eg. outages, service disruptions, and repeated customer complaints)
- Familiar on Network topologies, protocols, cabling, and troubleshooting
- Familiar with Teams and Unified Communications.
Job Requirements:
- Good level of competence in the following: Microsoft Teams & Event hosting, Cisco video endpoints.
- AV technologies and Web streaming solutions (such as Vbrick) experience preferred.
