Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
- Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Prepare delivery orders, sales invoices and other relevant documents
- Ensure proper record keeping for all job orders.
- Co-ordinate the ordering of materials between different departments
- Co-ordinate the job arrangement with operation department
- Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
- Build and maintain long term business relationship with customers
Requirements:
- Minimally 2 years of working experience
- Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
- Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
- Friendly and welcoming disposition
- Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
