Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
  • Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare delivery orders, sales invoices and other relevant documents
  • Ensure proper record keeping for all job orders.
  • Co-ordinate the ordering of materials between different departments
  • Co-ordinate the job arrangement with operation department
  • Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
  • Build and maintain long term business relationship with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimally 2 years of working experience
  • Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
  • Friendly and welcoming disposition
  • Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
