Our client is a security service company. They are looking for a Temp HR Executive (Payroll) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, including tax filing, CPF submission, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify time attendance for correct payment and process various leave and claims.
- Assist in budgeting, salary reviews, and payroll system upgrades.
- Support Finance for payroll and budget reconciliation and handle employee inquiries.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Ricpay system preferred.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
