Job Responsibilities
- Understanding the SOP of the operations and improving the processes
- Submitting daily/weekly report to management
- Inspection of work environment and staff KPI
- Doing daily QC check
- Ensuring workplace safety and hygiene
- Feedback on any staff’s behavior/performance
- Issuing Necessary warning letters to staff
- Involve in problem solving issues and replying to clients/customers
- Assist with staff attendance and scheduling
- In charge of training and overseeing the operations
- Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implemented to control risks
- Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their job expectations
- Daily manpower forecasting
Job Requirement
- Able to commit on weekend work, 6 days’ work week
- Team Player
- Need to work in a fast-paced environment
- Require having 2 years of relevant working experience (eg; supervising a team in production/operation sector)
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership skills and maturity to lead a team
