Responsibilities
- Performs software product testing according to the company's overall development and testing processes.
- Diagnose and analyse software defect, formulate effective resolution.
- Specifies and writes test cases, both automated and manual tests
- May write code for software testing tools and automation framework.
- Independently plan and execute testing tasks on schedule.
- Confer with software engineers and others regarding test procedures and results to resolve problems.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science (or similar) or adequate professional training and experience.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Certification would be advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of software automation testing experience
- Knowledge of controlling and programming of mechanical system
- Experience in software testing and troubleshooting is a must.
