The role involves managing customer queries, providing solutions to issues, delivering training on the online portal and trade lifecycle, organizing in-house trainings, conducting service reviews with key customers, visiting customers independently and with relationship managers, establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying client needs, supporting relationship managers in deepening relationships and sales pitches, staying updated on product and technical developments, and supporting team-related matters.
Requirements include at least 5 years of banking experience, a university degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related discipline, a pleasant disposition with high energy and initiative, customer-centric and service-oriented mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, responsibility, commitment, organization, ability to work independently and under pressure, confidence, good grooming, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
