Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Lab Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.
This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located in Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.
5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)
Training will be provided for Entry Level (structured training programs)
Duties
- Address and resolve regulatory matters with stakeholders such as artwork copy experts and artwork planners
- Contribute towards organizational and quality excellence; enhance efficiency of work processes, identify and resolve quality incidents
- Execute category specific processes with excellence to ensure artworks are regulatory compliant; on-time, correct inputs and approvals of artworks and resolution of issues
Requirements
- Possess minimally a Nitec/Diploma in Chemistry / Lifescience / Biotech / Pharmacy / Food Tech related fields
- No experience needed - Training Provided (structured training programs)
