The Digital Health Team in Danone is part of the Medical & Nutrition Science team located in D-Lab Singapore. We develop digital health initiatives for Danone to impact health globally and locally and contribute to value creation for people/patients and business via digital technologies.
Mission and Main responsibilities
1. You will have to lead digital health studies in various stages from start-up activities (including ethics committee submissions) to closure and study reporting.
2. You will need to contribute to and/or write study protocols and other study documents development using templates from studies performed previously.
3. You will be responsible to deliver digital health studies within timelines, budget and study quality key performance indicators.
4. You will be responsible to support the creation and delivering science-based digital solutions, designed to bring added value to Specialized Nutrition innovations:
- To support bringing business value to our key local/global brands with digital health tools
- To collect data to generate scientific evidence via digital technologies to generate health impact and fuel innovations.
- To support the team to build our own technologies and services for global use.
5. You will have to engage with internal stakeholders across several business functions and external stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders and setup relevant advisory board or steering committee meetings and communicate internally and externally our key successes.
6. You will be responsible for digital products activations in (key) countries.
7. You will combine a technical approach (such as phasing and structuring of the project, target setting in terms of resources and specifications) with a more social approach (leading and organizing study team meeting, enable decision making, internal/external stakeholder management).
8. You will manage Digital Health study projects and setup the best strategies for regular updates in our team meetings and other relevant forums.
Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed:
1. At least a BSc. Degree with 3 years of experience working as a project manager with digital health technologies and/or health devices (including medical devices), with proven track record in managing digital health projects.
2. Previous experience working in clinical research in multi-countries, multi-site setting within India South-East Asia with knowledge on relevant legislations, Declaration of Helsinki and ICH-GCP, and preferably with experience with protocol writing, data collection, and publications.
3. Experience with medical device legislation will be an advantage.
4. Familiar with agile project management methodology.
5. Familiar with APIs and digital health tools interoperability.
6. Experience in managing cross-functional innovative studies to build DH tools or leveraging DH tools.
7. Strong communication and stakeholders' management skills.
8. Knowledge about Danone business and key brands and strategy.
