- Planning and overseeing the work of catergory executives and assistants
- Hiring and training new staff
- Developing and implementing the Company's procurement rules and regulations
- Oversees daily operational procurement activities for all the stores
- Ensure business compliance with regulations and requirements and other related governing bodies
- Maintain stock inventory and transfers if any
- Maintain good communication with shop leaders on their requests
- Prepare analysis reports
- Periodic review to Management on purchasing system improvements and streamlining purchasing processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with Diploma or Degree in Business/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in FCMG/retail industry
- Proficient in MS Office and Google suite
- Resourceful, problem-solver and good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Able to work independently and a good team player
