What Will You Do:
- To lead an operation team in daily food preparation and ready-meals production.
- To develop new product designs and specifications in accordance to new client’s requirements.
- To develop processes to produce required quality products.
- To ensure planned production are met with customer demands.
- To come up with new processes to improve productivity and outputs.
What Do You Need:
- At least a Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Technology or similar.
- Must have minimum of 3 years working experience in food manufacturing industries /industrial central kitchen / large catering or food production establishment.
- Must have great understanding of food technologies and large-scale processing equipment.
- Good communication and writing skills for idea presentation and document preparation.
