- Overall in charge of all Korean Fried Chicken Kitchen Operations
- Supervise kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food preparation, consistency, and quality
- Supervising and training of all Full/Part-Timers
- Manage monthly stock take and kitchen inventory
- Ensure the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, hygiene, and safety
- Improve kitchen workflow, manage kitchen operations to increase the efficiency of kitchen operations, and reduce food costs
- Ensure all matters of The Company are in good order with proper records ie. Invoices, Recipes, Staff Schedule, etc
