Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement HR Policies & Procedures. Monitor deviations and take corrective actions when required
- Handle the recruitment, selection, appointment and on-boarding process
- Handle exit management process
- Monitor confirmations and administer the process for confirmations, promotions and transfers
- Conduct, analyse and evaluate salary surveys with recommendations. Participate in the entire process of salary structure review and salary review exercise
- Handle industrial accident cases. Process medical, specialist, dental and insurance claims
- Administer leave
- Plan & Implement Employee Relations & Engagement Programmes
- Handle employee discipline issues and staff grievances with Department Heads
- Implement the mid-year and annual performance appraisal exercise
- Responsible for employee welfare programmes, internal and external staff recognition programmes and staff suggestion scheme
- Ensure staff lockers are in good working condition. Ensure staff canteen is clean and monitor quality of food
- Prepare HR Reports & Surveys
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment laws and Ministry of Manpower's work passes, policies and guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and well-organised
- Minimum 5 years in similar capacity. Preferably in the hospitality industry
