Job Description:
- Responsible for the triage of specialist outpatient appointment requests received from various referral streams to divisions under Department of Medicine.
- Calling patients to confirm their attendance and assist them to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
- Communicate and coordinate with referring healthcare stakeholders regarding the outcome of the outpatient referrals request made.
- Collect and evaluate appointment wait time data for review by department and assist in preparation of management reports.
- Participate in projects to improve processes related to appointment wait time management.
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
