Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vending Machine Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our vending machines. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal functioning of our machines and the satisfaction of our users.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of vending machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure machines operate efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical insights.
- Stay updated with the latest vending technology trends and apply them to improve our offerings.
- Communicate effectively with our suppliers to find solutions to problems, ensuring the continuous operation and efficiency of our vending machines.
Requirements:
- Diploma, degree, ITE in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Vending Machine Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to speak and understand both English and Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a Singaporean, Singapore PR, or Malaysian.
