Job Description
- Duties include responding to customers' inquiries and concerns, orders consolidation and processing orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintains accurate records for all transactions including administering payments
- Handling simple AR/AP
- Liaise with supply chain and warehouse on stocks movements.
- Assist Marketing with documents/project following up.
- Timely follow-up on daily emails and manage response.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, attention to details
- comfortable with customer interface and following up with AR from time to time
- Able to think out of the box and good problem solving skills
