Job Description:
- Set up, test and provide technical support for audio needs scheduled for virtual meetings and virtual events, including meetings that require both physical and virtual attendees, guests and participants.
- Attend, manage, mitigate, resolve, and report all disruptions relating to virtual events and meetings.
- Make sure all VC infrastructure's related hardware and software are operational at all times.
- Coordinate with and provide advice to users for all matters requiring video conferencing.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure all venues are available according to events schedule.
- Take ownership in the management and maintenance of all VC and AV equipment and system to ensure no disruptions to virtual meetings and events in the 3 premises/locations.
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to VC and AV requirement.
- Extract video recording from cloud or computer, label, edit, copy and store media in DVDs or servers.
- Retrieve recordings for the purpose of transcriptions, track inventory of VC and AV equipment and order supplies.
- Must be willing to travel to nearby venues (10 mins walk) from HQ when required.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in IT related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in providing AV/ IT service to users
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experienced in Freshdesk or Manage Engine (customer service software)
- Proficient in MS Office
Salary Range:
$2,000 to $3,000
Commitment Period:
- 3 years from Aug/Sept 2024 (subject to extension)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holiday) - 8.30am to 6.00pm (include 1 hour lunch break)
- Work during weekends (1 day per month, ad hoc) - 9.00am to 6.00pm (include 1 hour lunch break)
- Work after 6.00pm (ad hoc) to support night events
