Admin Cum Customer Service

Fuji Technical Centre (s'pore) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities :

  • Attending phone calls / enquiries emails
  • Preparing Quotations / Purchase Order / Invoices / Delivery Orders / Data Entry / Filings, etc
  • Provide customer service activities, attending to customer's queries and feedback
  • Liaise with customer and Engineering department
  • Handle daily operation documentation and provide administrative support
  • Responsible for arrangement of local and overseas couriers services / air freight / sea freight
  • Co-operation with suppliers and forwarder on Incoming & Outgoing shipments
  • Prepare minutes in meeting and monthly reports
  • Any ad hoc duties required

Requirements :

  • Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' / NITEC / Diploma / Degree Level or equivalent with relevant work experiences
  • Welcome for Fresh Graduate
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Positive attitude, organized and able to multi-tasks
  • Self-motivated, structured, analytical, pro-active, well organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good team player with initiative & self-discipline and able to interact with all levels
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
