Responsibilities:
- To receive and record technical and/ or application support and act as a level 1 support and provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for application issues.
- To maintain overall ownership of issues and ensure that issues are resolved within service level agreement. Escalate priority issues to level 2 support if required.
- To perform systems administration/ maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance.
- To administer local development servers and environments, such as setup, configuration, user account management and backup management.
- To manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on infrastructure managed.
- To provide occasional after hours support for routine preventive system maintenance (remote support).
- To perform database administration such as SQL Server
- To assist Technical Manager on any other tasks as instructed
