Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Quality Systems Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our quality systems to ensure optimal performance across our Asia Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support maintenance and enhancement of quality systems across Asia Operations.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain document control systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Manage customer-related documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with the Global Quality Team to design and implement global policies.
- Ensure effective implementation of company quality policies and ISO standards.
- Utilize statistical techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
- Set and communicate quality objectives aligned with business goals.
- Manage supplier and customer programs for effective complaint handling.
- Support stakeholders in reporting and resolving customer complaints.
- Conduct quality audits, both internal and external, to maintain compliance.
- Provide training on quality concepts and policy updates to employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Engineering, Chemistry, Business, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Expereince with implementation of company quality policies and ISO standards
- Demonstrated ability to design quality systems to meet customer expectations and internal needs.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and implementing new approaches to enhance quality processes.
