Job Title: Infrastructure Automation Engineer
Job description (In Detail):
- Experience in designing and building engineering solutions to solve complex operational problems, including optimizing existing systems, installing automation infrastructure and tools, and eliminating work through automation across multiple IT infrastructure teams.
- Experience in one or more IaC tool like Terraform.
- Proficiency in one or more IT monitoring solutions (BMC Helix Operations Management, Splunk IT Service Intelligence, etc.).
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, bash, SQL, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with public cloud (Azure/AWS) services on IaaS, SaaS and PaaS.
- Proficiency in one or more IT workflow orchestration tools (VMware vRealize Orchestrator, Microsoft System Center Orchestrator, BMC Atrim Orchestrator).
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD), DevOps, release management and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of one or more configuration management tools (SCCM, Puppet, Ansible etc.) and monitoring tools (SCOM, Splunk, etc.).
