Customer Care Officer (1 year)
Leading power generation company
Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities
- Manning of hotlines & Customer Care mailbox
- Handling incoming enquiries via hotlines, email and other channels
- Account servicing for customers belonging to Residential, Small Commercial Sales & Landlord/ Tenant segments
Job Requirements
- Diploma / A-Level
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with engaging new people on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent but a team player as well
