Position Overview: The Southeast Asia Tax & Legal team is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief of Staff to support our executive team and drive organizational effectiveness. As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key advisor and confidant to the senior leadership, providing critical insights, managing priorities, and facilitating decision-making processes. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient operations, and executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Support:
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
  1. Operational Efficiency:
  • Streamline operational processes and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
  1. Project and Program Management:
  • Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, set objectives, and track progress against timelines.
  • Coordinate resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor project deliverables.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
  1. Communications and Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies for the executive team.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, including presentations, speeches, and announcements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the executive team as required.
  1. Organizational Development:
  • Assist in organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • A track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving organizational change.
