Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users and liaise with development teams for maintenance and updates required.
- Designs, creates, and maintains Cloud & on-premises system in a client/server environment.
- Aid to integrate IoT devices from devices to backend systems.
- Plan and execute migration of systems from physical/Cloud to virtual AWS/Azure instances.
- Identify and prioritize proactive maintenance action items.
- Querying the application databases and perform initial level data analysis.
- Prioritise security best practices in all aspects of development and data handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Extensive interaction with vendors and internal teams to be able to provide effective and efficient application Support.
- Thoroughly document the delivered solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development support or application support experience.
- Experience with a CI/CD tool
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience with containerization & orchestration systems like Kubernetes & Docker.
- Experience using any incident management ticketing systems.
- Understanding of security considerations as related to the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
