Job Description:
- Develop and advocate overarching corporate sustainability objectives to guide all initiatives, emphasizing decision-making grounded in both financial and sustainability objectives.
- Establish and manage systems aimed at enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and impact of reporting and information sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and achieve key performance indicators.
- Oversee the development of sustainability communications both internally and externally. Generate continuous educational materials on sustainability topics.
- Institutionalize sustainability practices through comprehensive policy documentation and quarterly policy reviews.
- Monitor and evaluate corporate sustainability goals and metrics, analyzing data and generating regular reports.
- Conduct periodic audits to gather information for content creation.
- Stay abreast of trends and industry-leading best practices in sustainability.
- Assist in managing estate and facilities to ensure the efficient operation of building/office premises.
- Supervise facilities vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with agreements and guidelines, and the provision of satisfactory services.
- Propose and implement renovation/improvement plans to optimize building operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive engagement.
- Lead renovation projects, overseeing resource allocation, space planning, and project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on space planning and project management, including gathering internal fitting-out requirements, managing relocations, and facilitating change management processes.
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder with background in engineering or sustainability, e.g. mechanical, electrical, facilities, estate management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estate management & sustainability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong thirst for learning.
- Well-versed in current best practices in corporate responsibility, environmental efficiency, and sustainability reporting.
- Knowledgeable about local and international standards such as BCA Green Mark for Data Centres and Buildings, SS564 Green Data Centre, ISO 14001 Environment Management System, etc.
- Proficient in analytical and project management skills for tracking progress and producing reports.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
