We are looking for a competent Account Manager to find business opportunities and manage B2B customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. You should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential and existing customers to demonstrate our services and products.
Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts as the main point of contact
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and meet with potential clients to discuss their requirements and introduce our products
- Stay up to date with new products
- Execute strategies to meet sales targets
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
- Participate in procurement forecasting based on client needs
- Ensure timely repayment from clients for products purchased
Account Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in F&B/Alcohol Sales
- Extensive work experience in lieu of paper qualifications can be considered
- Sommelier Certification is a plus
- Committed to continuous education through events, trainings and certifications
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently
