Job Description
- Assisting the Assistant/Restaurant Manager on day to days operations
- Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services
- Check Work Stations for operations
- Ensure food served in accordance to SOPs
- Manage quality control at store level and execute crisis management plans
- Display service performance and manage customers’ expectations
- Display productivity performance
- Maintain inventories and stock taking activities
- Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required
- Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level
- Generate reports and present store performance
- Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Handling administration and paperwork
- Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties
- Hiring and training of new staffs
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
