Job Responsibilities :-
- Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper, sterile, and safe techniques both on-site in clinic and off-site as part of mobile health screening team or off-site service provision team.
- Perform health care assistant duties and procedures such as appointment management, registration, billing and collection of payment for services, documentation, collation of laboratory reports, and arrangement of follow-up appointments for patients.
- Perform basic assessment for patient.
- Rendering assistance during nebulizer use, performing first-aid and triage of patients
- Explain and introduce health screening packages and blood tests to patients and offering appropriate advice to each individual.
- Assist doctors during consultation including chaperoning and during conduct of procedures.
- Accurate data entry into computerized systems
- Prepare submissions for corporate and government claims.
- Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
- Assist in inventory keeping, prompt for low stock medications and supplies.
- Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement.
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management.
Qualification & Experience:-
- Must possess certification as a phlebotomist
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Team Player
- Good communication skill
