- Position Title: HR Assistant
- Working Location: West
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15 am – 6.00 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,500
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
- Manage HR-related documentation (eg data entry, leave management, filing, and coordination of recruitment, training, and dormitory logistics).
- Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are well-informed about company policies and procedures.
- Support in implementing Performance Management processes.
- Oversee administration tasks for Compensation & Benefits.
- Assist with Payroll processing and address Workers' related inquiries efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as required by the HR & Admin Manager.

- Possess a minimum of a GCE O-level or a Diploma in HR.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel functions like Pivot Tables, Word, and PowerPoint.
