- Position Title: HR cum Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Mandai Estate
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, including calculating overtime and allowances.
- Handle monthly cash claim submissions.
- Coordinate training course registrations for employees and distribute items such as personal protective equipment (PPE), safety footwear, and company t-shirts, while maintaining precise inventory records.
- Take care of routine office tasks, including answering calls, managing emails, and general paperwork.
- Provide support to office colleagues when necessary.
- Manage office supplies inventory and restock as needed.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- Preferably with experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of InfoTech is a plus.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
