- Position Title: Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Penjuru Road
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 9 am – 6 pm; Sat 9 am – 1 pm// 5.25 days after probation)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance customer relationships.
- Conduct and ensure total accuracy in inventory management through cycle counts and record keeping for all inbound and outbound activities.
- Address discrepancies in shipments and inventory with customers weekly.
- Process orders and shipments precisely, following customer and managerial directives.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Operations for prompt and correct inventory transactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

- Minimum GCE “O” level with at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Training is provided for inexperienced candidates.
- Able to handle physical warehouse tasks as and when needed.
