Job Description:
1. Business Development:
- Source for new opportunities while maintaining existing client accounts.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of projects through proactive outreach and relationship management.
2. Design and Project Management:
- Monitor design aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Oversee project management processes from inception to completion.
3. Creative and Technical Oversight:
- Assist in overseeing projects from creative development stages to understanding technical requirements and ensuring their execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of technical aspects into project deliverables.
4. Sourcing and Procurement:
- Source items and props required for projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage procurement processes effectively to optimize project budgets and timelines.
5. Project Execution:
- Assist in handling project execution, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
- Provide on-site supervision to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and timelines.
6. Communication Management:
- Facilitate smooth communication between suppliers/contractors and the company, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements.
- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in events/exhibition management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
- Proven Sales Track Records
- Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings, with knowledge in production execution being advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
