Overview
As the Senior Communications Executive, you will primarily manage one of our key client’s projects and campaigns.
Your work covers two broad areas:
1. account management
2. project management and strategising
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Account management
· Foster productive and effective relationship management for assigned account
· Prepare project-related presentations
· Media management
· Report writing: campaign performance reports and proposals etc.
· Plan and set project timeline as well as regular WIP meetings
· Ensure timely delivery of agreed project outcomes
· Establish and ensure clear and efficient account management processes between all concerned parties (eg: client’s partners and stakeholders, creative and production teams, third-party vendors etc.)
2) Project management and strategising
· Research and analyse information for the purpose of project / campaign strategising
· Participate in brainstorming and strategising sessions for assigned projects from client
· Implement and manage client’s key campaigns
· Monitor campaign performance
· Manage campaign budget and expenses
· Identify relevant and cost-effective resource options and solutions for projects
· Assignment of tasks to team members and/or project partners
· Provide work-in-progress reports to Reporting Officer on project developments
